The Aesthetic Company was founded by Lynn Bertasio, MSN, FNP-BC, a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist with more than 25 years of nursing experience who has practiced aesthetics since 2019.
Medical aesthetic services and injectable treatments are provided by Lynn Bertasio, MSN, FNP-BC, under the medical direction of Dr. Brian Young, DO. Skin, laser and aesthetic services are provided by trained team members according to their credentials and scope of practice.
Our philosophy is simple: enhance your natural beauty while preserving the features that make you uniquely you. Every plan is personalized, every option explained, and nothing is recommended that you do not need.

How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Every journey starts with a consultation. We assess your skin, listen to your goals and explain the options — including the option to do nothing yet. You will leave with a clear plan and an honest view of what each treatment can realistically achieve.
Are consultations free?
Yes. Every consultation at The Aesthetic Company is complimentary, with no obligation to book a treatment. We will assess your skin, talk through your goals and give you an honest plan and full pricing — whether or not you decide to go ahead.
Where is the practice located?
We are at 50270 Cherry Hill Road in Cherry Hill Village, Canton, Michigan 48187, with private treatment rooms and on-site parking. We regularly see patients from Canton, Plymouth, Northville, Livonia, Ann Arbor and across Metro Detroit.
Will my results look natural?
That is the whole philosophy. We work conservatively and build gradually — natural, slow and steady, never overdone. The aim is for you to look rested and like yourself, not treated.
What about downtime and aftercare?
Downtime depends entirely on the treatment, your skin and the depth or intensity used. We will give you a realistic timeline and written aftercare instructions specific to your treatment at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
How much do treatments cost?
Pricing depends on the treatment, the product used and the number of areas treated. We review full pricing with you during your consultation so there are no surprises, and we will never recommend more than you need.
